I'm trying to schedule a callback because my internet is out and none of the troubleshooting is working. The bot is stuck in a loop when I click schedule callback then tech support. It just asks to schedule callback again then I click tech support and it just goes over and over

how can i contact home internet support when chat bot is just going in circle?
