Home internet set up HELP

I’ve tried all the ways i can trying set up my new internet i got from them and the LAN is flashing red and the internet light is red, ive tried to contact but the digital assistance keeps asking me the same question after i say i need a call back, I can’t even call koodo so how am i supposed to get this figured out

When is your activation date? 

 

Did internet from the coaxial port work previously with your past internet provider?

It is going through a factory reset back to its default settings. Did you see any changes to the colour of the light? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/understanding-your-modem-and-router
