Home internet

Hello everyone, 
not sure about others but i took Koodo home internet as i have class and meeting very urgent. Long story short, i got everything like modem, router and cable. After everything, its not getting anything. All power is green except US & LAN (Amber). No internet. Jan 8th was my activation date, no email on junk folder, no activation yet. What should i do?

Hi there ​@Zahidul2026  We noticed that you already spoke with a representative yesterday and sent the situation to the ongoing case. We also forwarded an inquiry to the Koodo internet team. You will be notified as soon as there is an update.

Do you know how long it’s gonna take for activation?

@Zahidul2026  When it comes to Koodo Internet, unfortunately we have limited access here, over the community. We have sent the request to the Koodo Internet team in order for them to look over the situation.
