Help Re-activating Cancelled Account

Hello everyone,

My phone plan was cancelled recently but i managed to pay it off in full within a month. Just wondering if there is anyway to re-activate it, since my service isn’t coming back. And fyi i tried scheduling a callback but they said they were to busy, plus my phone can’t even call #227 for help.

Unfortunately, if your postpaid account is already canceled, you would have to schedule a call back and ask a rep to activate. They might try to charge you a reconnection fee as well. 
Since it is late Sunday, their office might be close. I recommend you try again tomorrow morning and schedule call back to a working Canadian number of your choice.

To add, if the account was closed you have up to 90 days to schedule the callback and re-activate it so you have some time. Just make sure to schedule the call to a number you have access too in case you did not port the number out otherwise the call wont go through if your number was cancelled and you don't have service.

If the account was simply suspended due to non-payment as opposed to cancelled, if you pay the past due balance through self serve and restart the device you should regain network access.
