There are some green lines on our iPhone 11 screen, it wasn't dropped on the ground or soaked in water. I am suggested to use some iOS system repair tool to solve the software issues, such as Tenorshare or Joyoshare UltFix, are they really works? Any one used them?

+4From your description, it was a hardware issue, not software. Even if you don’t drop or had any water damage, phone screen could still be broken under normal use.
I wouldn’t suggest you use software solution for it. I haven’t heard about these program and I don’t recommend you use them. I recommend you visit some reputable local repair store and see what they say.
