Just installing new equipment, and everything seems to be working except the LAN light on the modem is flashing orange so I am "connected without internet ". What do I do?

When did you choose the activation date for your Koodo Internet plan?

In case it doesn’t work, pleasse schedule a call back with the virtual assist so a rep can look into it further.
If the activation date is today, the service should get activate anytime during the day. In this case, we recommend checking the internet connection later today.
Thanks. Activation date was yesterday. I spoke with Support, and none of the trouble shooting worked. It says I am "connected without internet"

Next step is sending a technician to the house.
So much for my plug-and-play internet. Now we are down until someone comes.
