new to Koodo and working kinks out - email works when connected to wifi but won’t connect to data . On data mode only email asks for password but refuses to acknowledge correct password . Opens right up when connected to wifi. Any thoughts on what needs to be done? thanks

That sounds strange. Which phone are you using? as well, did you use any VPN on the phone or are you currently residing out of Canada.

What email service is it? Do other services or websites work?

it is a iphone 13 , Outlook email with a corporate email address .  I can get on the web .   VPN  is not connected . Residing in GTA 

Just corrected ,it is iphone 13 .  I haven’t agreed to the NEW  Terms for ICloud &  wonder if that may be problem .  There is a ICloud privacy relay that I am unable to access but I doubt it should be working with out accepting the terms .

it could be a possibility. I would try to disable iCloud relay to see if that can help. I assume you have updated your device to the latest iOS?
