Recently I got my samsung tab s8+, I try to use the call and text feature with my Samsung S8+ phone on the same network. No luck that I only see the feature on my tab, though not on my phone,. I chat with Samsung, they were saying that Koodo disable the function. Just wanted to know, how to get that call & text feature on my Samsung S8+ phone.

+4If the feature advertised by Samsung, it was Samsung issue. I don’t understand why Samsung said it was Koodo problem when Koodo never designed hardware and software for Samsung.
I use this occasionally with my phone and samsung tablet. I don’t have issues. Calling requires that your tablet be on the same wifi network as your phone. It should be a simple setup in settings. What specifically is the issue? Does Messages on your tablet not work?
