Deleted Phone Message

Is it possible for me to retrieve a phone message that I didn’t save?

If it’s about a Voicemail message, it is possible to retrieve it if there are less than 48 hours since it was deleted https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/voicemail

If it is about text messages, Koodo doesn’t store them.
