Data is not working

Hello, 

I am currently unable to access the internet on my phone. I checked my data usage and I have plenty left, I am also fully up to date on billing. 

 

I tried to schedule a rep to call me, but I need to access internet to do so, and I have no access to wifi. 

 

Please advise.

Hi there,

first, is that the only service you’re having issues with or are you also having problems with your texting or calling?

Second, do you find the data works on some apps or website or on nothing at all? Have you already attempted some initial troubleshooting and if so, what have you already tried? and do you find this happens in all areas or just when you’re at home?

What phone model? Any service/signal bars? 

  • Restart your phone (power off for 30 secs, then on).
  • Check Mobile Data is toggled ON in settings, and Data Roaming OFF unless traveling.
  • Reset network settings: Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.

We have looked into it and we can confirm everything looks good on our end. 

Have you tried resetting the network settings as suggested by Robert above?
