We’d recommend scanning for all available networks and testing each one for the best connection. 

I've already done that. Sometimes no networks are listed. When they are, the only network I can connect to is the one that's cutting in and out.

Does roaming actually work in Cyprus? Have others been able to roam here? Or could it be my SIM card?

According to this older Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/cyprus/comments/syglfr/comment/hxxr1ct) "None of the data providers in Cyprus (PrimeTel, Epic, Cyta) are offering overlay protocols, so Aldi's network can not route through to Medion, which is the real virtual network endpoint that then becomes a "real" network." Is this the case for Koodo also, and if so, why is Cyprus on the Easy Roam list?

I would keep thing relevant, as the topics seems to talk about an user of  Aldi Talk. Unless  you using Aldi Talk and not Koodo?

Has your roaming worked in the past? and which phone are you using? have you tried to manually select other carrier? Telus roaming network showed Cyprus as a country with good celluar coverage.

Cyprus roaming never worked for me. I saw the same map and assumed it would work.

I've been roaming in Greece and Germany with no issues.

Has others had success roaming in Cyprus?
