Compensation due to outrage

I drive for Uber and Uride, and I rely on your service for my work in Vernon, BC.

Due to the outages on March 10 and March 27, I was unable to work and lost income.

I would like to request compensation or at least a bill credit for the disruption.

Koodo doesn’t automatically offer compensation or bill credits for network outages; it’s not a standard policy like it is for some other carriers.

Outages happen (like the ones you mentioned), but from what folks have shared in billing threads, credits only come if an agent approves it as a goodwill gesture after you explain the impact, especially for work reliance like Uber/Uride. No official help page covers outage comp, so it’s case-by-case.

Proof of lost income (screenshots from apps) strengthens your ask. Toi can always ask. If they say no, that’s usually final unless you escalate politely. Hang in there; hope they hook you up. What’s your plan/details so far?
