challenges with porting

i recently activated a new account with 2 phone numbers and tried to port 2 numbers. The first number seems to work fine on the iPhone, sends and receives using the ported number, but the ported number does not show up in my online profile. Instead, the online profile shows the temporary number that was assigned at registration prior to the port. The second line shows the ported number in the online profile but the phone is not connecting to the network. The network bars read SOS. It has been more than 24hours since registration. Any suggestions? I’d like to talk to a live agent but can’t seem to register for a callback.
