Hi there, there is a voice mail message from the carrier and I can’t get rid of the notification. I have listened to it several times. Please help me delete it .

Hi,
When calling your voicemail to delete a message you need to hit 7 once it starts to play the message. Have you since deleted the voicemail and still getting the notification or was that the problem?
If you have already attempted this, try restarting the device or turning airplane mode on and off again. See if that works. Those can be quick easy fixes. 🙂

Have someone leave you another voicemail and then try to delete that,
Also make sure cellular data is enabled
