Hi! Tried to reset network setting, telus specialist tried to solve it also for about 40 minutes, tried also different SMS apps to send. Nothing helps. 

Your specialist told its on your side. 

oh, and this started after i switched  from Telus to Koodo. 

Advices from this topic did not help 

 


is it such type of community where all questions with even author’s reply will be ignored?

Regarding your issue, which phone are you using, and which troubleshooting steps have you performed?

As well, can you post your APN settings here? (hide/delete all personal information before posting pls) was it the same as Koodo APN? https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone
