cannot add new ohone to cart.


I cannot add the new phone to the cart.

it won’t go past add or not add phone protection.

ive cleared cache, used different browsers, different devices.

i want to do it online not over the phone i I can see what im getting in front of me.

WHY won’t this work?

I’ve never been so frustrated.

I wonder if it’s related to the 4001 error others have been getting or something else entirely. I’ll flag a rep to assist.

But depending on your patience, you may or may not need to make an exception on waiting for getting a phone online vs over the phone.

Just to double check, does it happen with any phone model you try to add to the cart or just with a specific one? 


Trying to add the 14 plus 

I’ve tried other colors but this is the model we want and that price of 24
