Hi, 

I have 100 minutes for outgoing calls for my plan and I’m pretty sure that I did not use even half of it.

But I can’t call anyone currently.

Would you please solve my problem?

I tried to find a phone number from Koodo customer service. But it seems there’s no number.

What happens when you try to place a call?

Does the phone display any messages like emergency calls only?

Have you signed into your self serve account to see if you have minutes left?

Has your base plan been renewed for this month?
