Is your plan shown as active in self serve?
Yes. This is an intermittent problem. Dialled my husband’s phone this morning, first time went right to voicemail, didn’t ring. Second time went normally. Then tried calling my phone from his number, rang correctly. Then had a message that a company had tried calling us and it wouldn’t ring.
Which phone are you using? And are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?
If it was an intermittent problem, I recommend you reset network settings of the phone to see if that can help.
Postpaid. Using Iphone 8.
Tried resetting as you mentioned that in another post, but it has happened since I did that. It is an intermittent problem so no way of knowing when it happens unless it is a friend who also contacts me by messenger to see what is going on, which has happened a couple of times as if we are driving from home to town/hospital etc there is an hour when there is no coverage.

If you have another phone, I recommend you put the Koodo sim in it and see if the issue follows.
Another way to test is to reset the phone to its factory settings but then you would have to back up your data somewhere. It might not be the best option. I experienced a similar issue in the past and only a factory reset could help.

Do you have a good wifi connection in your house? Have you considered including the VoLTE add-on to your account and enable wifi calling to your phone? That might have resolve the issue.
Make sure to check your Self-Serve account first. If the add-on is not there, we can flag a rep to add it for you.
Thank you. VoLTE is included, its what we are using. No cell phone service where we live (got to go to town 140 km round trip). Our WiFi is through Starlink - good signal. There hasn’t been a problem until this last week.
Tried everything suggested including a factory reset, it hasn’t made any difference. A friend said her daughters had similar problems a while back. Can only assume it is a problem with the carrier. So frustrating as it has been fine from November until this last week.
