I recently got a prepaid plan for my old US iPhone 7. Texting and calling works, but I can't get my data to work at all. If I turn it on and load an application, it loads for a little before telling me there is no network connectivity.
My APN is correct, and I have tried restarting my phone to no avail. What can I do?
Calling and messaging available but not data.

Just to double check, what prepaid plan do you currently have?
Have you tried resetting the network settings in your phone setting or test the sim card on a different phone?
There are some more troubleshooting steps here that might be of help
I have a 35$ plan (I think it may be called plan 33) with 18 gb of 4g data. I have clicked the reset apn settings, is that it?
