I lost my cellphone and waiting for an important phone, how can I do call forwarding remotely?

Those are your options unfortunately. If you cannot get a Sim swap done until you get another phone, you can at least put your Sim card in someone else's phone to do it. If you cannot do this, then I suggest looking at voip options or giving the person you're waiting from a call to update your contact number.
