I have tried to call Koodo but they stopped the “Chat “ Feature. Now I just get standard answers like check your blocked caller list.

Had them remove and add back on. The feature did not screen my calls any longer, for example. To connect press 1, etc. This stopped working. I have not tested it yet.

Are you trying to manage your block caller list in self-serve and it won’t let you or is it not letting you manage your list from the calling the IVR etc?

Ok, thank you for clarifying.
Since they re-added it, have you checked self serve or through the IVR that it is turned on? As it may not be by default. You can follow the steps I shared in the link to check for this.
If it is turned on and everything seems as it should, I suggest you then do a test to see if it works.
