For the past several weeks I’ve been noticing issues with call control. Normally, to my understanding, a caller only needs to pass the call control once. Now however, callers are being asked to pass the check randomly. My wife who calls me several times a week has had to perform this gymnastic exercise several times. Today, a client called me in the morning and then after calling me later, they texted to say they couldn’t reach me because the call was blocked.
Are there known issues with call control or what can I do to correct this? I’m using my phone to run a business and I know this is effecting my clients ability to contact me…
