My internet service ended 10 days ago so I have now opted for another package. What is the status of my internet service now? Does the new option start dying today?

Need a bit more info here. When you say your internet service “ended,” do you mean your plan was cancelled, or did your billing cycle just finish? And when you switched to the new package, did Koodo give you a specific activation date for it, or did you just order it?

The timing depends on whether there’s a gap between the old plan ending and the new one activating. Usually there’s a delay of a few days while they process everything on their end.

Hello sir,

My internet package was 80 GB billing cycle every month 15 but now that 80 GB was finished before 10 days what can I do? I have to change my plan to 100 GB

Just to confirm, are you a cellular customer or a home internet customer? 

If you want to change your plan to a different one, have you tried it in self-service?
