I just received a call from this number with an id name "Koodo" but as they hear my voice they cut it.

How was that?

We checked and there is no info in the account related to a call received from Koodo.

Koodo agents should document the account and a call is attempted to your number.

The phone number seems to be a Koodo number, however, there are chances that it was a spoofed calls.
