5G is not Enabled and still in LTE

I enabled 5G in my Pixel 6 PRO Mobile phone, but still it is showing LTE only
restared Phone and SIM multple times, can see 5G option on Phone but  No change 


Contacted Koodo - Asks to contact Phone company (Google)
Contacted Google - Asks to connect Service Provider ( Koodo)

 

Ultimatly none able to solve the problem and as a customer struggling and paying extra for unused 5G connection

Can you confirm that your plan details has 5G as the data speed? Koodo often has a mix of lte speed or 5G plans

The Pixel 6 Pro should be able to connect to a 5G tower normally. However, if the 5G signal is weaker than the LTE signal, the phone will automatically choose LTE over the 5G.

Where are you located?  Does your location have 5G coverage?
