Wrong information on the "Your plan has been updated!" page

The “your plan has been updated” page incorrectly says that I am now on the “5G 60GB Canada-US-Mexico” plan.

But that information is incorrect. Here is the evidence: Koodo has just sent me an email saying that I am now on the “5G 20 Go au pays (vitesses jusqu'à 250 Mbit/s)” plan.

I am supposed to be on the less expensive plan, but the “your plan has been updated” page says that I am on a more expensive plan.

What can I do?

That’s frustrating. The “plan updated” page is just a confirmation screen that sometimes lags or displays cached info; the email Koodo sent you is what actually matters and reflects your real plan.

Since your email confirms you’re on the cheaper “5G 20 Go” plan, you’re good. That page glitch isn’t changing your actual billing. Check your next bill to be sure, but you should be charged for the plan from the email, not what that page says.
