Will Not Let Me Cancel Stream+ Basic?

Have tried now for days, keeps showing this:

Yet I have not made any changes, when I click to cancel the apparent changes it does nothing! Keeps stating changes will take effect on January 7th. Yet the only changes are my 3 months of $10 is over and will charge me $23 on January 7th.

Seems like they are forcing me to pay the full price after the 3 month discount, which is completely unfair!

We recommend trying on a different browser and in incognito mode on your browser and if the issue persists, please fill out this form with the details, so the support team can further investigate. If a ticket is needed, the support team will create one and should notify you once resolved.

Hello, this has been an issue for several users including myself. There was even a post about this last week, but it seemed to have been deleted. 

I've called and also messaged through here, and have been told that a ticket request has been made for a cancellation and refund. Well, it's been a week and still no update. Apparently, there may be "holiday delays", so that may be why it's taking longer than usual. But I am getting concerned about all this. There doesn't seem to be much you can do, because even if you call, they'll say the same thing: that a ticket form has been sent and to wait for an update. 

Please, if anyone here has had their subscription successfully cancelled, let me know. It's increasingly starting to feel that I may get stuck with this...

After a call from support they stated it is doing the same on their side. Not letting them cancel, have been given a link to contact Telus to get it resolved. Hopefully it does get resolved as I will not be happy if charged the $23 to continue the stream+ basic. They will be refunding it!

Yes it appears to now be a known issue that they’re working on. I would also expect to be refunded if charged again after reaching out for assistand eand even Koodo reps not being able to cancel.
