Why cant i ever get a callback???

I have put inultiple callback requests, I get an email saying my callback is coming, and I never get an actual callback. 

 

611 is useless, kinda like Koodo service in general.

Hi there ​@Northof11  Koodo does not have an Employee Purchase Program (EPP) discount specifically for Streaming services. The discount applies on mobility plans.

What is the issue you’re having that you need help from a rep with? Maybe we could help you here. 🙂

If you would still prefer to speak to a rep over the phone, then scheduling a call back is the only way. Is the number maybe blocked? As this would cause the call to not come through.

1) no not blocked, they called lastonthbwhen I threatened to cancel.

2) I have questions about Stream+. As Koodo is a Telus affiliate / owned company all I wanted to know is if Koodo offered the same pricing option on Stream+ for veterans and service members. Telus offers the promo price of $25 monthly for the top tier package to service members and vets long term not just 3 months

Ah I see, I believe they don’t or at least they didn’t when I worked there. Though Telus is the owner of Koodo they do operate individually, because of this Telus is viewed as the “Premium” brand and Koodo more budget friendly. Promotions seen in Telus tend not to be reflected at Koodo and vice versa.

Like most providers, because of this the Premium companies tend to offer Employee Purchase Programs (EPP) pricing for service members and many other professions. This is the same at Bell and Rogers etc. This will discount plan pricing and more recently subscriptions like Stream+. However, this is not the case for Koodo as they don’t offer EPP pricing.

I’ll flag a rep to confirm in case this has changed, but I do believe the answer is no. 👍

Yes for 3 months, Telus applies the discount on the streaming plan for 24 months, that's why I asked. It has nothing to do with EPP

Do you have an image of this? For consumer Stream + all that is available is for 3 months on their website.

The only thing I can find that refers to your 24-month credit is for EPP pricing. The plans that are for veterans and government workers that you mentioned is a part of the EPP program. Not consumer. So if you can only get it due to being a veteran, it has everything to do with EPP.

I did manage to find a flyer that outlines the offer you mentioned, but again, this was an EPP offer that was being presented last May. It mentions your offer in the small text.
