I thought I was with Koodo they gave me this number when I log in it says transfer my number to Koodo??? 

That screen is about porting (transferring) a number from another provider into Koodo. 

If you already have a working Koodo number and service, you can ignore it unless you specifically want to bring a number from a different carrier. 

• Is your number originally from another provider and you’re trying to keep it? 
• Did you receive a text from your old provider asking to confirm the transfer, and reply “YES”? 

Why does it say this is my number from old service provider? It’s a new number with Koodo 

Because Koodo can’t simply took your existing number. You current carrier is still keeping it. What Koodo does is to give you a temporary number to activate your plan.
