Please i am locked out of my account and i resetted the password 3 times now to no avail. Its important i need to fix my line. Thank you if anyone reaches out. Im prepaid

Hi there,
where the account is locked, you will either need to wait for the lock out period to end to re-attempt changing the password or you can schedule a call back with a prepaid rep using the link below. They can unlock the account and assist with getting it back to working order. 🙂
