Please i am locked out of my account and i resetted the password 3 times now to no avail. Its important i need to fix my line. Thank you if anyone reaches out. Im prepaid

Hi there,

where the account is locked, you will either need to wait for the lock out period to end to re-attempt changing the password or you can schedule a call back with a prepaid rep using the link below. They can unlock the account and assist with getting it back to working order. 🙂

Thank you for your reply. I am currently outside of Canada, they cant call me back the koodo rep. Do you have any idea how long the lock out period? They are charging for a basically non usable line cause i am out of canada

I believe it’s about an hour so before you can re-attempt. Instead of a callback since you’re out of country you can actually reach a rep through Koodo’s social media accounts Facebook and X (Twitter).

You can find the correct profiles by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking the associated logo. They should be able to help.

If you’re looking to have the line cancelled, once you have access just remove the automatic payment if you have it on and the account will close after 90 days of non-payment after a top-up is due.🙂
