im trying to port my number from telus to my new koodo account. using the self serve menu i input all info correctly.

it then come up with an error for the account number or imei, regardless what i put in.

error message “Make sure to input correct number”

i have verified all info im inputting is correct

If you’re still getting an error message, you can schedule a call-back through the Koodo Assist to have an agent initiate the port in for you.
