unable to login to my account

I have try multiple attempts to login to my account.  Keep saying I have incorrect user name or password.  Tried reset password but stil unable to login.

Are you a Postpaid or prepaid customer? As well, are you currently residing in Canada or using VPN?

If you recently updated or reconfirmed info on your account, you might need to use your email address (not just a username) to log in now. 

If you haven’t tried this yet, enter your full email where it asks for username and see if that works.

Can you try to use the incognito mode and use a different web browsers to see if that can help. If you can Use Koodo cell network to log in

There are as well an ongoing glitch with self-service affecting certain customer. Can you share the details of your device?

i always used my email address to login.  I have tried using a device just now and work, so not sure what happened.

Can you try to use the incognito mode and use a different web browsers to see if that can help. If you can Use Koodo cell network to log in to see if that can help

i tried incongito mode on the same device and still didn’t work.  I tried to login from a different laptop and was finally able to get in.  Thanks

, that happened to me and several other with older devices as well. Koodo currently is looking into it. Hopefully they can fix it soon
