Unable To Change Plan Because Pick A Perk Keeps Failing

Hi, trying to change my plan to the $29.99 monthly option. If I set up auto pay. When I select rollover data for my perk it fails. I have tried multiple times for the past 4 days and it fails every time. Please fix your website and services.

Hi ​@JustMcCoy, we’ve attempted to add the $0 Rollover Data perk to your line and we’re getting an error as well. We’ve submitted a request to have our team add the perk on their end.

The perk should be provisioned within 3 business days, thank you so much for your patience!

Are you sure the plan you are selecting includes the rollover perk?

What does the plan say it includes?  Can you include a screen shot?

Ok the plan being $29.00 makes more sense.  

Are you able to change your plan without selecting a perk?  The perk can be added later by a rep if needed

That worked. I’m on the new plan but have no perk. Can you please add rollover data as my free perk to my plan?
