Hello I have recently signed up for Koodo Internet for my own residence and my parents residence but during my cancellation calls with my previous providers it made more sense to stick with them due to pricing. I was trying to schedule a callback for cancellation, however it redirected me to my Koodo Self-Serve account with no option to manage or cancel my services. I have 2 different accounts impacted. Any assistance would be appreciated.

So unfortunately there is a limited amount that Koodo reps on the community page can do when it comes to the subscription services. According to Koodo’s cancellation steps, if it is a recent order then the way to cancel would be through a call back if you don’t have access to the subscriptions tab yet in self serve. Normally you should be able to see it and cancel from there.
When you hit chat now and then internet, have you tried just typing in cancellation? as after a couple of questions this should prompt the bot to schedule a call right away.
What happens when you try to cancel the subscription?
Do you see the Manage subscriptions part in self serve?
This is what my manage subscriptions page looks like. The FAQ said there should be an option to manage/change from here but just blank on my end. Activation date was Feb 4th, so I thought it mightve been a technical issue yesterday but same issue today.

Are you able to click on your subscription to get to the page with the cancellation option?
For Stream+ subscriptions there is a Manage link just below it
