Unable to add perk to my plan

Hello,

I have been trying to add a perk to my new line (5G Boost) but I am unable to. Every time I try, I get an error. 

This is very frustrating and it is impossible to get someone to talk to...

Have you tried to use the incognito mode of the web browser to see if that can help?

It does not help. I’ve tried other browsers as well.
