Unable to access self serve, robot call back doesn't recognize touchpad press "1" to speak to rep

I have been locked out of self serve for days and tried to change password but locked out of there too because it keeps saying email and password aren’t correct (even when they are).  I went through Assist a few times to schedule a call back but when I press “1” to speak to rep, it doesn’t seem to register on your end and hangs up!  

At this point so frustrated, want to cancel my account that I have had forever

If you’re sure your email and password are right and you’ve tried resetting (plus cleared your browser cache or used incognito mode), it might be a temporary self-serve issue. For the touchpad issue with the callback: try calling from a different phone if you can, or make sure you’re not using WiFi calling or a VoIP line—sometimes those don’t register keypad presses right. Are you on prepaid or postpaid? And what device/browser are you using for self-serve? That might help narrow things down!

Brave Browser.  I have tried incognito mode.  I pay monthly upon billing

Wi Fi calling is off

I have tried changing passwords too many times so at this point don’t even know what your system says my password is.  Yes, I was using correct username and passwords.

Suddenly I got in!  Used a different browser (even though tried before)…..
