I’m trying to get a new phone on the self-serve page, but as the last step, it sends a code to my phone (which is broken – hence me trying to get a new phone). There is no other option on the page. Does anyone know a way around this? 

You could try to put the SIM in another phone to rereive the code. If you have no other phone, you would have to contact Koodo directly and ask a rep to bypass that.


If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to contact Koodo.
