I have tried multiple times to enter , number, account info and imei number exactly and it keeps saying i have not entered correct number

Is it possible that you may have port protection enabled on your account with your existing service provider? Have you followed up with them?

Can you elaborate on which number it is saying is incorrect? Does it specify?

In addition you should only have to type in either the account number or the imei, not both. I suggest you just enter the account number from your previous provider and leave out the imei. See if this works.


Not sure what port protection is but i will check with carrier. 
 

i have tried account # and imei number multiple times and double checked that all info correct. Under the account#/imei field it says something like “make sure you enter the correct number”. I can get no further than that.
