I have been stuck in the change password section for months of the self serve site. Can’t log in, can’t receive call backs because my account has been suspended.

The prepaid password issue has been identified, and Koodo mentioned that it has been fixed. Typically, you would need to use a completely different password following their rules.
I would recommend you try again with a new password change. If that doesn't help, you might have to schedule a callback to a Canadian number that you have access to: www.koodo.com/prepaidchat
