stream+ cannot make self service account!

I signed up for stream plus basic and have not been able to sign up for a self serve account. It’s going in a loop saying that my postal code and phone number do not match. I’ve tried chat but can’t get anywhere without an account. I also tried calling support and they weren’t able to help. Anyone who has had this issue that can help??

This has been a very horrible experience. I can’t even cancel since I don’t have a self-service account!

Streamplus service is only eligible for existing Koodo postpaid customer - who already had selfserve account access. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/shop/subscriptions/streamplus?

As of now, do you have a service with Koodo postpaid?

No I don’t. It let me sign up online without an account and now it’s seems like I’m screwed. Without a self serve account I can’t manage anything including canceling but they debited my credit card already

Eh, are you a customer from Public Mobile? How did you get the offer from Streamplus?

No, I’m not a public mobile customer. The offer is literally just on the website, I just clicked it and signed up.

No, I got a confirmation/order email but no email to set up a self-serve account. When I try to talk to help, they tried to resend this email, but for some reason was unable to. I’m at my wits end!
