simswap verification process

I had to get a new phone as my dog kicked mine down the ice fishing hole. Got the new SIM card. Went onto the self serve to do the simswap   Got the verification code. Entered it. The phone is still doing its 3-circle thinking thing. How long is this supposed to take? Does the SIM card need to be inserted at this point? Or wait for the process to end?  Been waiting for over 20 minutes already

Did you insert your new SIM card? Have you restarted your phone after the SIM swap? Can you provide a screenshot of your phone screen?

When I started the process it said to not have it inserted. Still trying to do the swap.

The process may have timed out. Once the sim had successfully changed, you would receive a confirmation email is addition to self serve saying the change has completed.

If you did not receive the confirmation, can you try reloading the page, clearing your cache and cookies and trying again? If you received the confirmation you can give the sim a try.
