I get this error on any network, from any device whenever I try log in to my self serve account. 
Twitter Support suggests chatting with someone to schedule a call back but I can’t login to do that 
If I try reset my password I get 


Really annoying not being able to view my bill or get any help with it. 

This has been happening to me too for about a month.

I have tried on cellular data and wifi, On my phone, home computer work computer, Chrome browser, Edge browser, etc.

Funny thing my partner is able to login on those same devices right after I see this error without any issue.

Did you try to clear the Cache and Cookies, restart the browser and test ? Trying in incognito/private mode of your browser can also be an option.

Yes, the problem exists on any device on any browser even after the cache and cookies have been cleared.

As access to Self Serve is required to authenticate and get access to the details here, over the community and that is not a possibility, we would recommend scheduling a callback through our Koodo Assist so that our team over the phone can authenticate and troubleshoot further. If required, they can open a ticket in regards to the situation.

I have to sign in to use this option, which I cannot. 


Hi ​@cbmason you can select the Can’t log in/Locked out option in this case to proceed with the callback.
