Reset password broken?

I’m attempting to reset the password. Clicking Login, then the Forgot link by password, and then entering my email address, and then clicking Submit does nothing. Looking at the browser developer tools shows all sorts of errors when clicking the Submit button. I’ve tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

 

Any ideas?

Well, make sure you don’t have extra “developer tool” that prevent the script to run properly. I assumed you didn’t have a VPN on?

As well, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? have you changed your email recently? As well, have you tried the option to send the verification code to your number?

I’m having the same problem, I get to that point and click the submit button but nothing happens. Tried multiple browsers and multiple devices.

How do you send a verification code? I don’t see that option on the forgot your password page.

Your issue was a different one. If you forgot your passwords, try to reset it, there isn't any verification code
