Yes I have checked all my email folders, I’ve tried different web browsers as well.
That was strange. I assumed you tried to resend the verification sms by using a different browser. Google chrome could be a good choice to test.
If that doesn't work, you might have to schedule a call back from Koodo and ask a rep to assist.

I did also try chrome. I have a call back scheduled with a rep but the Koodo Assist also told me they are unable to to help with the process so I will have to see what the rep says during the call back.

EDIT: Nvm SMS now working for me
This seems to be a recurring issue with the network. There’s something wrong with the email server they’ve linked to that particular script on the website. I’m currently going through this very thing. I’ve received every other email from Koodo, except this. Rather frustrating.

I’m having similar - i just switched from rogers to koodo. i got the message from rogers yesterday, i hit yes. Today I can only imessage, I cant SMS message. Under settings it also says “waiting for activation” under messages.
Is there something else I have to do? I never received any other messages from koodo.

No, no incoming or outgoing texts work. The old sim card is a Rogers sim card. I still have my old phone too but nothing works on that.
Sounds like a port issue.
