Port from existing Koodo number

I recently activated a new line under my account. I tried to port a phone number from a different Koodo account but it seems this is not allowed through self serve. What should I do?

You cannot port a postpaid Koodo number to a different Koodo postpaid account.

You would have to call in and ask for a transfer of ownership and they would transfer the number from the current owner, to yourself.
