PLease help to remove roaming of international

Hey there,

To remove international roaming, log in to your Koodo Self Serve account, go to Mobile Services, then Manage Add-ons. Find International Voice Roaming or Easy Roam International and remove it. This will stop roaming for calls and data abroad. But you’ll be charged according to pay per use (more expensive).

If you only want to receive texts (SMS) and don’t need calls or internet, make sure Data Roaming is turned off on your phone and keep Wi-Fi off while abroad. You’ll still get texts, but won’t be charged for roaming.

If you can’t remove the add-on in Self Serve, let me know if you’re prepaid or postpaid; that can affect the options.

Just note that without Easy Roam, you will be charged the Pay-Per Use cost of the country you’re travelling in instead.

This can be quite costly so make sure to manage your usage when travelling as this can get expensive fast. Receiving text’s is free if it does not require data to do so, but sending text messages will result in the charge.
