Please help me cancel my plan

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription plan for home internet for 3 days.  I’ve been on hold for well over 3 hours collectively and I keep getting bounced around to different departments.  Today, I was sent to the Alberta dept (I live in toronto) - that was a good waste of time.  I’m leaving the country and need to cancel.  This is really insane it should take 5 minutes.  This is bordering on scam territory. Please help.
