I’m eligible to upgrade phone to Google Pixel 8a (128GB, Obsidian) for $6/mo but when I go to order it the site just keeps on taking me back to the same spot and won’t let me order it. Why does it keep. on doing that?
At which step did the system not letting order it? was it the step where you had to select the plan?

There might be some issue with your shopping cart in Koodo system. I would recommend you try to clear the shopping cart first, or try the incognito mode of the web browser.
As well, which phone are you ordering? I wonder if there was issue with that as well. Some phone might be out of stock.
I did clear the. shopping cart and started from scratch. We. did on two phones and laptop and none worked. All did the exact same thing

Have you tried a different tab pricing to see if that can help? I wonder if their system having a glitch somewhere
