Password reset does not meet guidelines

Forgot my password. can not reset. Everytime its showing “The password you entered does not meet guidelines, please input new one”. Tried many passwords. Not working.

This is known issue and Koodo is working on it to fix. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

In the mean time, if you want to topup money, you could dial 611 from your Koodo handset and follow the prompt there.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies in your browser or try in incognito mode?

I’ve been trying to sign up and came across the same issue; it’s not accepting any password even if it follows all the rules. Glad that Koodo is aware of it and working on a fix.

Good to know I can top up by phone.

Hello,

I am not the original poster but I can confirm the same issue exists for creating a password on sign up. Using private mode doesn’t make a difference.
