I don't receive sms bank verification codes when making online payments. I encountered the same problem with Fido before, and despite seeking assistance from the service center, the issue persisted. I am a new Alberta subscriber using a number starting with 368. Could the issue be related to the number starting with 368.

I want to resolve this problem.

 

Was your bank a Canadian bank? As well, can you receive sms from other people normally?
